Becoming actively involved in your church is vital for your spiritual growth. This involvement in turn helps the church achieve it's own spiritual goals. We offer so many different ways you can be a part of this exciting growth. We need peoples involvement in many different areas. You can be as active as you like. We are a relatively small congregation but we love to take on BIG projects so we are grateful for any and all participation. When we work together as a team, there's no such thing as a project or event to big! Building and Grounds Leader - Paul D No experience required! Start right away! Work on 1st and 3rd Saturdays only! Seeking all skill levels for building maintenance and custodial duties. Education Leader - vacant Do you have knowledge to share? This team is seeking people with a zest for learning and a desire to share knowledge with others. Positions are open for Sundays and Wednesdays in all age groups. Put your knowledge to work and reap the benefits.	Embrace Ministry Leader - Kay Hedgepeth It is our goal to make each visitor feel right at home from their very first encounter with our congregation. We have a team of greeters, guides, hosts and hostesses on hand every week to help our visitors find their way by offering a warm welcome, a personal tour of our campus and a special gift to say we're glad you are here.	Fellowship and Hospitality Leader - Ron Allison Can You Cook, Serve or Clean? If you like to hang out with your friends, this is the ministry for ALL OF YOU! This is an entry level menu planning, food preparation and service position. We are seeking a group of two to six people to work together one Sunday each month. Liturgical Dance Team Leader - Venus Let them praise God's name in the dance. Psalm 149:3 There is nothing like dancing before the Lord! A new Liturgical Dance Team is forming. Venus will be leading the team and is looking for diversity in dancers. That means all who want to dance are welcome to join the team.	Media Ministry Team Leader - Shane Kelley This team is responsible for the technical functions of a church service. This includes lighting, running the sound board and making certain that all of the areas of worship are properly amplified. PowerPoint is also a big part of the responsibilities. If you are intrigued by technology, you should consider volunteering in this exciting ministry.	Upper Room Prayer Ministry Leader - Phil Christopher Experienced prayer warriors and apprentices are in high demand for weekly communication with the CEO of Heaven.

Ushers Ministry Leader - Marc S Ushers are attentive to any need that arises before, during and after the worship service. We help in directing people to a seat or the restroom. During the service, we collect the Offering and direct people to the person(s) serving Communion. We help in any way possible to make a person's experience at Cornerstone MCC a visit to remember. We always need more ushers. So volunteer and bring your friendly, caring personality.	Worship Ministry Leader - Kent Dueitt The members of the Worship Team work closely with the Pastor, Media Team and Music Ministers to develop worship services that bring all of the senses into the worship experience. We follow the leading of the Spirit as we prepare the Sanctuary, serve at the Altar as Eucharistic Ministers, Acolytes, Prayer Partners and Scripture Readers. In every effort we strive to turn the focus away from ourselves and place it on our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
